Dr Edinburg joined some of the world’s leading plastic surgeons for the 40th Annual Australian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS) 2017 held in Melbourne

Topics included the latest techniques for breast augmentation and the ongoing debate as to which breast implant type is best.

Keynote speaker, Dr Bill Adams from the USA spoke on Breast augmentation and issues related to soft tissue and fat.
Dr Adams is an international authority on breast augmentation and has developed new techniques for use in clinical breast implant surgery that have improved breast reconstruction safety for patients.
Dr Daniel Labbe from France and Dr Lorne Rosenfield from the USA spoke on the latest facial and neck plastic surgical techniques.
Other topics included abdominoplasty, Brazilian butt lifts and the growing trend towards non-surgical treatments and technologies.
The Practice stream of the Conference featured an extensive education program focused on improving patient and business management.
Topics included patient communication and pre-surgical and post-surgical follow up, team building and understanding the patient mindset.
